Positive: The staff are all friendly and professional. They can provide all the toiletries you meed just request it. I love the common area, where guests can rest, chit chat while enjoying the free snacks or while doing your laundry. They provide free bike to use while check in to go around the city.
Negative: No interesting shops to explore around the area and a it’s a bit of a walk to train stations

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom, great facilities and comfortable bed. Snacks provided at the lobby 24/7. Less than 10 mins walk to the subway station. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to the train station, otherwise it’s only 20 mins walk. Will come back for my next visit.
Negative: Breakfast is okay, it’s more Asian style than western style.

Positive: Our 3rd time staying here! Hotel staff are really nice. Beds are comfortable, nearby parking lot (just few steps away from hotel). Free snacks, delicious breakfast. We will choose again to stay here if ever we decide to comeback in Kaoshiung!
