Summary: The hotel was great, but when I got in the shower I realized the body wash was out, so I had to use shampoo on my body. Not the worst, but maybe check before you get in. Also had no hand soap or lotion. We were only there for one night. Restaurant was great.

Summary: Loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back. He service was wonderful. There were some waits or delays due to lack of staff but easy to overlook with the facility and heir quick response when brought to their attention. Highly recommend.

The amenities were beautiful, and the staff was both welcoming and genuinely informative. I didn’t get the chance to fully explore everything since it was just a one‑night stay, but the food was excellent. My boyfriend was impressed too. We’re already planning a return trip so we can really experience everything the hotel has to offer.

Summary: Our second time staying here. Our first time was when they just opened and really wasn’t impressed but thought we would give them a try again. Our room was clean. The room was not ready by 4pm because they had a large group the day before so unable to get rooms turned over quick enough. The pool had sand on the tanning ledge, which we found odd. The sand was there for the next couple of days. Walking the property the trash cans were overflowing in the public areas, cigarette butts on the ground and even a few burn marks/holes in the cushions. The bartender at the pool was fabulous and knowledgeable. The bartender inside was unable to maintain the bar area and service orders. She struggled with the pace and demand. She needed a person doing bar back duties. The restaurant is a one trick pony same menu as previous visit. Needs a little tweaking. I have lots of suggestions for what they could do. I did see they had a few corporate groups there and they seemed to cater to their wants and needs. I just wish this hotel was better, it has the potential to be an outstanding upscale place to stay.

Summary: The was an amazing experience. They did everything right. Yes - they took the bones of an old hotel and gave it new life, and they did a fantastic job. The reception, bars, restaurant and rooms were beautifully done and finding the speak easy was a blast (and super cute too). I wasn't sure what to expect initially, but this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend!

Summary: This hotel is very nice. The staff are awesome, and the dining and bar are excellent. The rooms are comparable to other hotels However, I was a little taken back when we were checking out that they charge $15 per day which they said was for a state tax and amenities. I told them that we did not use any amenities, but they said everyone has to pay the $15 per day. I felt I should have known this before checkout time. If you stay any length of time that could be a considerable amount.

Summary: A few things you should fix before the next guest stays in 142. 1) You should put weather stripping around the door frame. Wind from last night storm whistled into the room all night. 2) The electronic shade on the window would not work so we could not raise or lower the shade. 3) The lightbulb over the bedside closest to the door was out.
