my place is only 4 miles from seward and it is located on it's own lot with free parking.THE HOME HAS 3 TV'S ONE IN EACH BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM. IF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE BOOK YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO USE A LATTER TO CLIMB UP THE LOFT AND THE LOFT IS 30 INCHES AT THE LOWEST HEIGHT AND 53 INCHES AT THE HIGHEST HEIGHT. IT HAS TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS UP THERE AND THATS IT.

Summary: We had a couple questions before we arrived and John responded very quickly. The house is perfect for any size family, and is located just outside of town. It's away from all the people, but only a 10 minute drive away from Seward.The house was clean and had everything we needed, plus extras!We talked with John and his wife several times while we were there. They are very nice and helpful and even gave us some fishing tips! If we're in the area again; we will be booking this property! The picture is from the deck:)

Summary: House is located in an increidble spot. It's far enough away to not get caught in the traffic but cloae enough that downtown seward is less than 10 mins away. Owner is easy to get in touch with. House is great. Overall and awesome experience.
