Summary: The Tap House was a comfortable and economic nights stay. the pub and gardens were nice, the rooms which were annexed away from the pub were clean quiet and comfortable with reasonable amenities. The whole room could do with redecorating as it is very tired looking but for what I paid it still represents good value compared to other larger hotels in the vicinity. No breakfast offered as far as I could tell.

Summary: I have written separately to Tap Motel/Restaurant. The Motel SHOULD REFRAIN from advertising ACCESSIBLE ROOMS, as the Staff assured my Husband on our arrival! H&S issues numerous!!! Approach to Accommodation block by narrow pavement TOO narrow for wheelchairs, walking frames and pushchairs! Room NOT wheelchair accessible, certainly UNABLE to get into Bathroom. Toilet seat TOO Low (needed assistance), Mirror/Basin TOO high! I deliberately sent Tap Motel an email asking 'Accessible or not'? upon booking, Tap Motel IGNORED my email, NO RESPONSE! Restaurant HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, although booked a Table, was told 'NO BOOKING', eventually found a table, Food/Service EXCELLENT! Tap Motel are DEFRAUDING their Disabled Guests!
