A special shout-out to the housekeeping team—our room was consistently spotless, well-stocked, and refreshed with care every day. The team was discreet yet thorough, and it was clear they take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The location near Jiantan MRT is extremely convenient, and the room amenities (including a spacious bathroom and soaking tub) made our stay very comfortable. Negative: Staff greeting. Employees locker room, next to my room, should be Iocked at all time. The couch surface was filled with old stain.

Positive: I loved the ease of access to Jiantan MRT station. We did drive around a lot and since we were staying near relatives, they also drove around a lot. I would say that if you are driving though, the roads around Yuanshan and Jiantan are pretty confusing. The room was comfy, the amenities were fine, and there was a lot of storage space. It was probably the most storage space I've ever had in a hotel so it was really nice to be able to tuck everything away.

Negative: It's definitely a pricier stay but I suppose you pay for the convenience.

Positive: The location is fab - literally just on the opposite side of the road to Exit 2 of Jiantan MRT station and only a 15 minute walk away from Shilin night market. Jiantan is on the red line so it was super easy to travel to the city centre. Room was of a great quality. Really enjoyed the bathroom! The bath had a jacuzzi function with disco lights which was super fun!

Negative: Pool was closed for maintenance but this didn't bother me too much.
