Summary: The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location, which offers convenient access to nearby attractions. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay was deeply disappointing. The property is in bad condition. The elevators are covered in scratches and look like they haven’t been maintained in years. Upon arrival, the room I had booked—a two-bed room suitable for my family of four—was inexplicably unavailable. Instead, we were offered a single-bed room with a small, uncomfortable sofa, which was far from adequate. Also, two days after checkout, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Resolving this has been a frustrating process, as the hotel has been slow to respond to my inquiries.
