Summary: Lovely staff. Room adequate. Stains on the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. We attended a party in the Surrey Barn which was a lovely setting for party. There was however a lack of heating. I would however return to this lovely hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Summary: This is a good hotel. it is in a fantastic location for Wisley Gardens It needs painting and refreshing The staff are pleasant but untrained leading to catastrophic mistakes in service, and blank looks.
