Summary: We stayed in the loft room over the bridge rather than the hotel itself. The room was spotless .

Summary: Overnight stay - mattress uncomfortable, probably tired as had a metal band around the top of the mattress which rubbed on us overnight Meal - first course fine but desert of Banoffi had very little banoffi in it but was smothered on squirty cream. Expensive at £6.95.

Summary: The manager and staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean,tidy and very welcoming. The food was excellent and I will always remember the steak and ale pie and the sticky toffee pudding. It was obvious it was all made within the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading for Welshpool and the remainder of Wales. Thank you again to all the staff
