Positive: Lovely big house with lots of space to relax in. Rural setting with sheep grazing nearby. Just a ten minute drive into Welshpool for shopping.

Negative: Busy road at the entrance to the long driveway meant that accessing the local walks was hazardous.

Summary: Superb country house ideal for a large party of all age groups. Particularly good for children.

Positive: Location great with fantastic views. House is well looked after and the vendors have thought of everything. Especially liked the generous welcome pack and really appreciated the purchase and setting up of the real ale keg from Monty’s Brewery.

Negative: The pot holes on the drive.

Summary: Exceeded our expectations, the property is well appointed and Mr Broxton was very attentive!

Positive: We were a party of 15 adults and 4 children and loved the space we had at Edderton Hall. Everyone had a comfy bed, seat and we could all sit together and eat which isn’t easy with so many people! The property was spacious and clean and the hotub and pool table kept us all entertained while at the house

Negative: There’s two hotubs and one isn’t working which was a shame but not a big issue. We also had quite a few flies in some of the communal areas and one of the bedrooms which wasn’t ideal but not unusual in a properly like this so again not a big issue

Summary: A fantastic family and friends gathering space
