Positive: Clean comfy rooms with spotless bathroom. Easy parking, good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good.

Negative: The menu for evening dining on the website needs updating as it's completely different to the menu offered.

Positive: Staff friendly, free parking at back of hotel. Good breakfast, although a bigger toaster could be useful. Bed comfy and slept quite well. Plugs by the bedside, which is always useful. Kettle on the large side and struggled to fill from taps in bathroom. Decor was nice and overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again as it was good value for money.

Negative: Going to the room was bit awkward with how the doors in corridor opened. One door opened outward and other door inward so awkward to manoeuvre between the two. The floor in bedroom and bathroom were on a slant but it was an old building so couldn't be helped. Walls must be thin as could hear talking in other rooms. Whilst eating breakfast in dining room I joked with hubby that something sounded like someone passing urine the other side of wall and then heard the chain flush so it must have been. Breakfast was 8.30 -9.30 would have preferred it being available perhaps until 10am as a lie in would have been nice.

Positive: Nice sized room including Bathroom.Went down into the Bar for main Evening meal ,which was of a good sized portion for the price.Nice Breakfast too.

Negative: Only one hand towel in Room.No Bath towels supplied.Had to ask.The window would not open.And it was a very warm night.Made it uncomfortable for sleeping.
