Positive: It was beautifully appointed with absolutely everything one might need as a home from home, with added extras that were such lovely touches. Great layout and so Much light. Great outdoor area too with gates so No risk of our dog getting g on the road. Just perfect!!

Positive: Location very good - very spacious - outdoor area very good for dog - excellent communication with the host-

Negative: Not clean in several areas - in need of updating and decoration - blinds in kitchen need replacing- difficulty getting in and out of bath due to angle of roof - shower in main bathroom has faulty head - outside area/decking in need of revamp tidying/cleaning repair

Summary: On the whole we found our stay very relaxing lovely welcome basket on arrival.

Positive: From booking welcome message and regular communication with hosts, this holiday was made simple and extremely relaxing. The property is spacious, well supplied for catering and we enjoyed the peaceful site. Breakfast was gifted by the host, was fresh and very local (chickens on site). Surprise breakfast supplies were delivered at regular intervals and were delightful.

Negative: Here I have hit a blank - it was home from home plus a bit more.

Positive: Highly recommended ❤️ Very comfortable and spacious cottage with big and well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en suits and a lovely lounge with a view on the fields and wood burner. Positive energy and compassion throughout with rescue animals including cats, goats, chicken, ducks and geese, dogs and retired race horses. Sam is the most amazing host treated us to home baked scones and gave us a lift to a local pub. We sat outside with a fire pit till late night truly magical stay… We came with our cat who was also very impressed 🐈‍⬛🐾 Thank You 😊

Negative: Close to the main road but barely noticeable when in a good company of family and friends…
