Positive: The location is excllent in a fairytale-like village 10 minutes drive to Rutland Water. The tack room is a superb one-bedroom cottage conversion with a private drive and garden overlooking miles of fields. Great spaces indoors and outdoors, bedroom and livingroom, dinning room and full kitchen with all needed for cooking or even baking. Hosts are perfect providing not just information on walks and what to do in the area but also a goodies bag for guests and full kit for dogs with goodies, wipes, towel, bowls, etc. Exceptional!

Positive: Loved the location and the home. The attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings was exceptional. It was lovely to look out over the fields and watch the cattle roaming. It was ideally situated for touring the lovely villages and nature reserves.

Positive: My husband is disabled so we needed accessible accommodation. The Tack Room more than met our needs and we felt totally at home within five minutes of arriving. It was stylish, with no hint of a 'disabled feel', and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Negative: I've tried to think of something that I didn't like ..... without success!
