Summary: The room itself was nice and cozy, and the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience the first night significantly impacted my stay. There was extremely loud music playing after 10 p.m., which resulted in several noise complaints. It took the hotel over an hour to address the issue. Throughout the night, there was also a dog running and sliding across the floor, making it difficult to sleep. I was told nothing could be done due to the dog being a service animal. The pool itself was relaxing, but it was filled with younger adults who felt it was acceptable to race, jump, and do flips in the pool, which took away from the calm experience I was hoping for. While the room was comfortable, the lack of timely noise control and enforcement of hotel policies was disappointing. For these reasons, I would not return.

Summary: Had to clean the bathroom. But I always clean when I arrive. Had a great trip. The Swiftwater restaurant was just OK considering the price. We had better in town. Beautiful hotel.

Summary: All staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was peaceful and pleasant. The concierge lounge was well maintained and had good food and selections of beverages. Was our second time at this hotel. Big improvement from first visit which was near first months of operation about a year ago. Keep it up and we will return ASAP. Thanks.

Summary: The room was very clean and roomy good wood floors the staff I encountered was was excellent, no breakfast no pool, just dinner, the one problem I had was the person above me stumped Sunday and Monday, I reported the rude behavior twice I am finish with my review.
