Summary: Stayed at Swiftwater Hotel with my girl for our 1 year anniversary and it was honestly the perfect choice. The whole place got this calm, upscale vibe that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the moment. Clean, peaceful, and just feels good to be there. Staff was welcoming and respectful, everything ran smooth, and the room was super comfortable… definitely the kind of space you can relax, connect, and just be present with each other. It made our anniversary feel special without us having to do too much. If you want somewhere quiet, classy, and worth the experience especially for something meaningful Swiftwater delivers. I’d definitely go back again.

Summary: Room was great. Restaurant service poor. Informed management and was given a patronizing apology coupled with excuses. He stated that the reasons we weren't served after 45 minutes of ordering were due the food being 'gourmet' and to pre-orders. Wecordered avocado toast, eggs, and vegetable hash.

Summary: The hotel is too over priced. And they will keep your security deposit of 300$ and will come up with an excuse to keeping it like makes up slightly on sheets. Also the robs they tell you to use when entering the indoor pool 145$. Also false advertising the indoor pool is really outdoor. Breakfast should be included with how much money is being spent to stay! their dinning area bugs/ flys all over. Our room had spiders in it. Only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because of the location being by the casino ski lodge exact….. I will never go here again.

Summary: Food was just ok not great. Some dishes over-seasoned and over-engendered- too much happening and overall flavor suffered. Filet had hard fat, lobster tail had sauce that wasn’t matched with the delicate flavor of lobster. Eggs Benedict had chewy fatty bacon, heavy sauce that drowned out all the other flavors. Eggs poach came out well done. Ran out of honey candy for parfait, served it anyway. I expected more for the price they charge.
