Summary: The cabin is excellent, If you are spending the day at Camelback I can't recommend anything better. The only issue that someone might complain about is the heating. Maybe I didn't understand how to start the heating of the place. I followed the instruction listed to reset the heating and hot water systems. The hot water heated up fine. The house was not heating up. I turned on the fireplace. Within a couple of hours the house was at a nice comfortable temperature. Other than my lack of knowledge to heat up the house, everything was excellent.

Summary: My spouse and I stayed two nights and I splurged a bit thinking this would be a romantic spot to stay while visiting family. It ended up having a funky smell as soon as I opened the door and the overall layout of the place was weird. It definitely is quirky and the style is a little odd. It unfortunately was not cleaned well, which completely turned me off. There was a dirty piece of gauze stuck to the comforter and a dirty paper plate in the kitchen. Also, make sure you know the padlock combo before you get there, as cell service is horrible. The bathroom was a bit tricky with hot water and it was a bit frustrating to try and get it working.
