Walk through our entryway and you'll find yourself in the main area of the house. To the left, is our living room, which is undoubtedly our favorite part of the house. Not only do we love the open floor plan, but we love how bright and inviting this space is. Curl up on one of our leather couches or lounge chairs and dive into a good book or stream a movie on our 70-inch Roku TV. We guarantee you'll be spending all your time here!
Our kitchen can be found to the right of our living room. It's fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. Here, you'll also find our four barstools, which sit between the living room and the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you'll see our 8-top woodgrain dining table. This space is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a few board games.
At the end of the day, choose from one of our EIGHT luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 43-inch Roku TV and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, luxury bedding and nearby bath.

Summary: We. Were visiting family and stayed here with other out of town family members. The house is spacious and clean. The property managers are very responsive. The only complaint that I have is that they don’t have many pots or pans. We cooked most nights so I actually went out and bought a cheap pot and pan at the Walmart. There are plenty of dishes though . Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Summary: This property is a GREAT deal for either a large family or several friends. The price is unbeatable. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths affords everyone a little privacy when it's time to get away. When we first arrived, we were unable to get into the home as the code provided was not working. It really is easiest with this management company to use texting instead of calling. It took over an hour for someone to call us back, but each text was almost immediate. The kitchen had the basics but if you plan on cooking/bring what you need. Walmart is very close and has an easy order ahead/pick up service. The beds are all firm but comfortable. There is no outdoor furniture or chairs so bring those if you want them. For the price this is unbeatable, but it is also basically a larger option then hotel or RV so whatever luxuries you want, you will need to provide. We were very close to UofA as well as the Downtown Historic Area, Mount Sequoia lookout, and all that we were there to experience. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet - something we really appreciated. We had zero complaints and was happy to have found this home.
