Summary: The house is fantastic for a large group and young children. The main living/kitchen area is wide open and allows for feeding large groups and mingling. The trampoline, swing set, and game room are great additions. The master bedroom is expansive and there are bedrooms and bed options everywhere you turn. The amenities were plentiful, accurate and available. Mandy and Jordan were super responsive and welcoming. We so enjoyed our time together for this holiday.

Summary: This home was perfect! My entire family went to enjoy a tailgate with my daughter who attends U of A. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining. We can't wait to stay again.

Summary: This property was very clean. Had a warm welcome with cheese and crackers, wine and popcorn when we arrived. Owners very accessible if any problems arise. Open concept to accommodate a big group. Worked well for football watching and close to the university and Dickson street.

Summary: This is a great house to stay in to visit the Bentonville MTB trails. All of the trails we road were with in an hour of the house. The house is larger than it shows in the pictures with the large open floor plan we had 16 adults stay for 3 nights and didn't feel cramped. Mandy was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend this house.

Summary: This was a great home to accommodate a large group! So many places for people to gather as well as spaces to get away from it all. The host was easy to work with, attentive to every need & question & even provided a wonderful graduation cake to commemorate our reason for gathering! We have rented a lot of homes & this one tops our list of experiences!! The home also is on a great location & close to everything. If you are looking for a home where you can get a big group together & not feel a bit crowded, this is it!!

Summary: Our family and friends came together in Fayettville from around the country to share time together and go to a Razorback game. There were 10 of us ranging from 9 y.o. To 69 y.o., and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, except for syrup, and there were tons of comfy blankets. The house was not far from the stadium or any of the grocery stores. We experienced a great family reunion and the owners ensures we felt as if it was our own! Thank you!
