Positive: The host ( Daniel ) was amazing as he was waiting for us to show the apartment and give us the key, even though our flight got really delayed and we arrived after 10PM at the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfy. It is located in a great place near a supermarket, restaurants and a metro station. Providing easy access to Lisbon and the train station ( Cascais/Estoril, etc ). I would definitely recommend and would stay in it again.

Negative: Nothing comes to my mind.

Summary: Amazing stay... and thanks to Daniel for all the support needed.

Positive: Apartment was spotless, bright and airy. Lots of big fluffy towels and a washing machine if you need it. Coffee pods, bottle of water for us in the fridge, and Daniel showed the what's what of everything. just 5 mins walk to loads of restaurants and metro into the city centre is around the corner.

Negative: The only thing is that there is only one main light in the twin room. I suggest lamps for those of us who like to stay up late reading! The building is up a hill and the apartment is on the top floor, so do take this into consideration if there are mobility issues.

Positive: The apartment is very comfortable, located very close to the metro station. Some complained about plane noise, but honestly, it did not bother us at all, and we were with 2 kids. Daniel is a very helpful owner, provided us with so much useful information and even let us stay an additional half a day without charging us. We reccomend this place to everyone that wants a quiet vacation, away from all the buzz and noise of the downtown (that you can reach by metro in about 20 minutes). We can guarantee that you will feel at home!

Positive: The Apartment was nicely laid out for the three of us - 2 separate bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a single larger bed. They were all very comfortable - slightly firm FYI. Each room and the main room had their own high tech A/C units. The kitchen was large and well supplied with everything you need to have breakfast or make full dinners. The standard of cleanliness is among the highest we have experienced while travelling (well done cleaning team!). It was a very quiet residential street and the apartment was very quiet at night. The host - Daniel - replies quickly to inquires (English spoken) and met us (early) to let us drop our bags and settle us in to the apartment. We have travelled for decades in Europe and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had and dedicated to supplying a wonderful experience for his guests visiting Lisbon. The location is great too - in 5 minutes walk you are at the Alvalade Metro and ready to get anywhere in Lisbon quite quickly. And, it's a short bus ride or Metro ride from the airport - was really convenient place to get to and to explore Lisbon.

Negative: This was not a problem, and Daniel let us know before we confirmed our booking, but you do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (my 85 year old Mom had no trouble though FYI). Also, note the apartment is at the top of a street that is slightly uphill for about 100M. Again, was NP for us - just letting you know.

Summary: Superb apartment, location and especially the host - Daniel.
