The south-facing deck is the perfect spot to lounge in the sun or enjoy a classic barbecue! The living area is very spacious and has vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Step into the renovated kitchen, and you will find stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the utensils and equipment you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. Sliding doors provide direct access from the kitchen to the deck. All the bedrooms are comfortably appointed, and each has split-unit air-conditioning. Best of all, this ideally located home is just a short walk to the beach!

Summary: Great relaxing location, access to the hot tub and pool made it a perfect location for some RnR. Would of absolutely consider returning.

Summary: Our stay was alright, but this home is very poorly kept and a lot of the amenities don’t work, have problems, or are otherwise not what I’d expect. First of, basic cleanliness: the sheets in the master bedroom were filled with sand and hair and did not seem to have been washed in a long time. This is a bare minimum I expect of any stay and it’s disappointing to see how little care went into even the basic features of the property. Moreover, the grill was broken, the pool filter didn’t work and the pool was filled with bugs and dirt (unusable), the deck was covered in leaves and pollen and bird poop and was cleaned after we complained, halfway into our stay, the sink in the master bathroom sprayed water all over the place, the smoke alarms were not installed, and much more.Finally, our concerns didn’t seem to be heard by the property manager. They expressed “apologies” at all of these problems, and did ask the cleaning team to help clear the patio and furniture, but the other problems were unaddressed and overall we did not get the experience we paid for. Nothing was done to make amends for this. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and I will personally not be staying with Vacasa again. I recommend you avoid this as well.

Summary: The house felt very much like a used rental house that has not been kept up v. a nice home (as we assumed by the pictures). We stepped on two rusty nail tacks (one in the pool, one on the deck), got multiple splinters because the deck has not been treated and the hot tub indicated that it had not been serviced in 173 days. The outdoor shower also didn’t work and the lawn was unusable (bricks everywhere, filled with dirt, etc.). There was no guide in the house to indicate what restaurants were nearby, etc. like you would normally find. I’ve never rented through Vacasa, only direct with a homeowner so this may have been the issue.
