Summary: The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff.

Summary: The Motel was clean and convenient to everything. Room was retro and very cute. Mattress was firm but not hard. Nice and comfy with plenty of pillows. Will be stayin again.

Summary: Always a fun historic hotel to stay in! Love the fact it is so bike friendly (bike wash station with cleaning towels. Very convenient to downtown Brevard.

Summary: I give this a five star because it is excellent for what it is meant to be - a no frills, clean, and comfortable place to sleep and rest for a couple days while we explored the area. It is nothing fancy - there is no free breakfast (which are usually less than to be desired anyways). It is nicely decorated in the retro style and is a fun throwback to the motels of the 50's and 60's. I like that there were two chairs, so my spouse and I could both sit to watch TV or read, because I prefer to sit for these activities as opposed to lying in bed. The price was right and accommodations excellent. Now if you are looking for luxury or need lots of hand holding, look elsewhere, and pay the price.

Summary: Our room was clean. This visit we stayed in a larger king room on the back side of the motel. We think this motel is a charming hidden treasure.
