Summary: When we first pulled in we were greeted promptly by the valet. It was cheaper to have valet park the car than the parking garage so we opted for that. Check in was so quick and easy. The lobby has an area that has Lovebirds! So so cute. Going through the hallway to the rooms left a lot to be desired. It was very out of date. The room itself was a little dated too but it was clean and comfortable. Getting to the pool and beach was excellent. On the beach two chairs are included so that was helpful. The pool was very clean (minus the sand from the beach) and the poolside bar was incredible. Such nice staff! When we checked out we were able to leave our bags and car while we went out and shopped. No extra charge either! Great location.

Summary: My family and I stay here a who week. When we first arrived we got pretty excited the lobby was pretty nice. I thought the room would be the same. To our surprise the room was pretty outdated and dirty (out run had pink mold). We were on the 3rd floor and every time we walked from the elevator to the room I’d smelled like pee. If you’re looking for a cheap beach front hotel this is it. Don’t expect a luxurious place, don’t let their pictures deceive you. The only thing nice about this hotel was lobby, the valet personnel, the location (it’s in walking distance to many restaurants and stores) and you have quick beach access. The hotel is pretty overpriced for the quality but then again you’re paying for its location and access to the beach. On our second day we found roaches in our room and the AC unit sucked. The last couple years we've been staying at the Marco Polo on the same strip but we wanted to try a different spot to see if we had better luck but it was worst. Will never stay here again.
