Positive: For the purposes that we travelled for the location was perfect for us. Close to the airport, close to our family, close to a great pub that had wonderful food.

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the steps leading up to the veranda were quite steep and a little dangerous when wet, but other than that everything else was as expected given the age of facilities.

Summary: Great for what we needed and our purpose for travelling.
