Positive: Room was clean and warmed up nicely with the heat pump, which had a ultra quiet setting so could be left on overnight.

Negative: The shower was freezing cold - it took a long time to warm slightly and when I got in went cold again. It was very cold weather at the time and the bathroom was very cold as well so it made for an unpleasant stay from that perspective. My colleague had no issues so possible just the room I was in.
