Summary: An old convention centre and sprawling hotel from a bygone era, buried in the back streets of Ashburton. Everything quite dated but rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were great. Meals exceptional. Good value for money if you don’t mind it being a bit old fashioned style

Summary: Very clean room and excellent staff. Some of the rooms are a bit tired and need a freshen up but very comfortable. Large garden area.

Summary: I arrived late at night and was grateful for the 24hour reception. My room was spacious, a bit dated but good value for the price. There was a strong smell in the room. I think some sort of deoderiser which was distracting and made it a little difficult to get off to sleep.
