Positive: Friendly, helpful staff - clean everywhere, including bathroom -

Negative: Uncomfortable mattress, we both kept waking during the night trying to get comfy - Really uncomfortable pillow -, only one cheap pillow per person -- no pillow cover under pillowcase - poor room layout, small sofa tucked in an alcove facing the bed, not the tv - lack of small fridge - lots of the free view channels on tv didn't show - cups provided were okay for coffee but too small for tea - small mugs preferable - only one hand towel in bathroom booked for 2
