Positive: We upgraded to a suite & this was a good size room. The bathroom was a good size & everything as it should be.
Negative: The continental breakfast provided when you book through Booking.com was really a waste of time. Both of us opted for toast (mine GF) & all you get is butter!! Surely a small amount of jam/marmalade is going to cost them about 10p!! The GF roll was toasted to a crisp & inedible

Positive: We were met on arrival by a lovely girl, very welcoming and friendly, with lots of information to help us with our stay, Room was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The breakfast was disappointing, a small basic poor quality continental selection, with chargeable extras a basic drink such as latte at £4.50 and sizeable charging for cooked breakfast, non of which was mentioned in the website. We opted to walk the 150 metres to the Costa up the street, we would have been happy to pay for breakfast if it had been offered at time of booking.
Summary: Lovely welcome from evening staff and fantastic rooms, poor breakfast.
