Summary: Great place to stay. Hosts were excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Had a great exprience. Fan provided in hot weather. Proper milk for drinks. Had a lovely time and going back next year. Fridge available to use. Garden to sit in. Could not ask for more. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay, Dyane and Duncan were wonderful host, very welcoming and couldn’t have done more for me throughout my stay. Check in was easy, had a lovely chat with Dyane and Duncan over a cup of tea. The room was wonderful and clean. Very comfy bed and as mentioned by the other guests the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here, hopefully I’ll be back soon.

Summary: Dyane and Duncan were extremely hospitable and courteous. Arriving at 10.30 pm, they accommodated my late arrival, due to bad traffic, gracefully and even made me a sandwich and tea because I had not eaten. My room was clean, freshly decorated and well equipped with a full-sized fridge, kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee, biscuits and TV. In the morning, I was freshly cooked an excellent full English breakfast which included cereal choice, fruit juice, tea or coffee, toast butter and jams. Overall, exceptionally good value (half the price of not far away Saffron Walden where I had attended an evening concert) and an enjoyable experience. I am not surprised that they have had so many good reviews - thoroughly well deserved.

Summary: Excellent accommodation I would highly recommend. Run by a very friendly couple. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was terrific. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
