Summary: Room was clean, as was the communal area. We had one room in a 3 room B&B for one night and we were the only ones there. Owner was very friendly and also gave us a bit of a history lesson as it was Canada Thanksgiving. Breakfast would have been a 4 course event but unfortunately i don't eat breakfast and my companion only eats toadt, so I cannot comment on it. He provides a lift to and from the Airport, which was one of the reasons I chose it. About 30 minutes outside Vancouver, not much around and you'd need a car to get anywhere.
