Positive: The property was clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden and surrounding. The host was a very nice person providing great service and food (breakfast) and all day snacks and drinks.

Negative: It was a bit far away from downtown.

Summary: It was a great experience to have stayed there and have known the host William, who was a nice person and always helpful

Positive: William is a wonderful host! He walked us through his beautiful home, pausing at each area to explain what was being offered, from a massage chair to snack section, to separate coffee and tea zones, a beautiful dinning area and finally his kitchen. The bed was a very comfortable bed, an immaculate bathroom, a walk-in closet, and so many thoughtfully placed items (for example, a new rasor in the bathroom). And the breakfast was outstanding 👌! Dim-sum... it was amazing! The location is great, close to the Steveston wharf, and a simple drive to YVR.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: We have stayed over the years at a number of hotels and B and B's, but this by far is the best we have ever experienced! William is the most welcoming host my wife and I have ever met, you are not staying at a bed and breakfast or a hotel, you are welcomed not as a guest but as a friend into a wonderful home, nothing is too much trouble, you are given a fully guided tour of the facilities on offer not just in your room but in the guest lounge downstairs, that is filled with treats, soft drinks and more than you could ever wish for. Our room was pure luxury, again with soft drinks in the fridge to help ourselves too and a television system I could only dream of having, the bathroom was beyond our expectations with a walk in shower and spa bath, and a bed that was so comfortable to collapse into at the end of the day. Breakfast was the highlight, you are met by William and invited into the kitchen to feast upon traditional Taiwanese food cooked to absolute perfection by his wonderful wife, it is an opportunity to immerse yourself into a culinary feast, don't say no until you have tried it for yourselves. We stayed three nights and loved every minute, we left with a heavy heart but a big thank you from William and an even bigger hug from him as we said goodbye, in William's words he want's to send people away happy, you certainly achieved that with us, we can't wait to return, its worth a minimum 11 out of 10. From Maggie and Steve thank you for an amazing end to our Canadian trip!!

Positive: What a find! Good price so close to the airport. William, the host, is delightful and couldn't do enough to make our stay excellent. Very friendly welcome into this lovely home with a whole table - and more- of snacks to keep us going. The room was huge and luxurious with a gorgeous bathroom stocked with quality toiletries. Very comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was something else! All the usual cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, plus a couple of freshly cooked delicious Taiwanese dishes. Great location with a lovely walk into the harbour area. Couldn't have been better, thank you William & Jessica for your wonderful hospitality 😊

Positive: Very nice, quiet, safe and clean house and room. Very comfortable bed. William, the host is so kind and friendly. The best breakfast cooked and served. And a selection of snacks, coffee, teas and fruit provided that you can have anytime.

Negative: Access to public transport bus only to get around but no big deal for us. Just grab an uber ride is easy.

Summary: Excellent property and host. Highly recommended.
