Summary: What a great little spot. Close to everything. Staff was 10/10 This hotel is under renovation. Highly recommended waiting for them to be done using an excavator to hammer out the foundation. We were unable to be in our room due to the noise and vibration and gotten woken up bright and early Saturday. The staff 100% made up for this helping us out and we will re

Summary: Security is well-placed. Hotel is clean however, it does not have an elevator. Difficult for travellers to climb the flight of stairs with many and heavy bags/luggages. The same applies in bringing the luggages down. One may tumble down.

Summary: Checkin was bumpy. They made us wait right up until checkin time for our two rooms. The front desk guy didn't know anything about taxis and was not helpful. The girl in the store was very helpful and was able to order both our taxis.

Summary: It really deserves a 4.5. The location and room was fantastic. The only real downside is there is no elevator. I’ll blame that lack of knowledge Hotels.com. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and can handle the stairs, the location is outstanding. Easy walk to the fisherman’s wharf with lots of restaurants and a grocery store across the street.
