Summary: We stayed here for a mini family reunion. The place is perfect for such a gathering.Between the back deck, the courtyard and the tiki hut area, so many picture perfect places to reconnect. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the neighborhood was nice and house easy to find, plus close to shopping. Downtown Nashville was around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Highly recommend. Also dog friendly!

Super clean, had everything we needed to prepare full Easter brunch, and the views of the lake and outdoor seating areas are Awesome.So many extra really nice memorabilia and decorating cool accents, especially if you love music .We hope to return again next year.

Summary: I recently booked this home to enjoy family for my husband's birthday. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The home is exactly as pictured and maybe better! It was fully stocked, spacious and very clean upon our arrival. The owner was very nice and communicated with me the entire time. He was very helpful and available whenever i needed him. The home is gorgeously decorated from the inside to the out. You'll LOVE sitting out on the patio and tiki hut area. And just when i thought this trip couldn't get any better, Mr. Mark and his wife were so gracious to drop off birthday cake for my husband's birthday. We thank you so much! I will definitely be back to stay at your lovely home again.

Summary: We really enjoyed the property for my 70th birthday. The younger people loved the canoe. We put the tiki bar to good use. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Had a lovely breakfast. The next morning was nice to have the grill to barbecue. If I wasn’t local I’d be renting it again real soon.

Summary: Great location with a tranquil view of the lake! Weekend reunion with college friends, house was clean, host communicated very well, unique decor in wonderful Spanish style home. Home had multiple living spaces indoor and outdoors. Would recommend for families as well.
