Negative: Stayed in the ground floor unit. Upstairs guests were noisy all night and stairways smelt of pot smoke. Toilet flush broken. Bathroom doorknob stuck locked. Needed maintenance call. Otherwise decent place.

Positive: Good location and spacious apartment.

Negative: The stairs to the apartment are horrendous and will be a problem for many people. They are a lot steeper with smaller steps than expected when the property advised they had no lift and that it would be stair access to the apartment. The apartment itself was shabby and isn't well kept. It needs a deep thorough clean and repaint. The kitchen and bathroom were clean but the rest of the apartment not so much, there are marks everywhere, stains on the sofa, broken mirror doors, holes in the walls where the curtain rods have come out and been replaced with tension rods, stains on the ceiling, there was food on the floor under the table, a broken chair (which the management team did offer to replace straight away) and just a general level of the property not being looked after. We also had a fun night with another resident kicking the front door for 20 minutes and screaming at their friend to let them in at 2.30 in the morning (not the companies fault but definitely not what I expected at that time of the day). This could be an amazing property but not in its current condition. Also, the photos on the property page aren't actually the apartment we rented, I presume they are other apartments in the building, but the only ones that were actually our property were the kitchen and one of a lounge with the wicker furniture - all the others are of other apartments.
