Summary: I have to say, we were disappointed. Although the hotel is lovely and the location perfection, the staff were not what we are used to at this level of hotel. There wasn’t anyone ever manning the door, concierge services didn’t offer support on their own and didn’t really have answers when we asked questions, etc. That being said, the staff at breakfast were lovely and on their game, but for the cost of the St. Regis, every element of the stay should be flawless.

Summary: The staff members were so welcoming and did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. When I return to Florence, I won’t stay anywhere else. Eduardo at breakfast gave the most amazing shopping recommendations and made the stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the butler team, our stay was the best ever!
