Positive: The place was fabulous! It was extremely clean, bright, and well decorated. It looked even better than the pictures! We especially loved the balcony with nice views of the city. Paola’s personal touches in the flat and her hospitality really set this place apart. Would highly recommend!

Positive: We had an amazing week at Paola’s beautiful apartment! Fabulous, spacious, clean and updated! Paola was there to give us a warm welcome and go over the check in. She also provided a helpful folder of information, day trips, shopping, restaurants, etc. The balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view of Florence and the Duomo were amazing. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon Spritz with a book. Plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) to spread out, with two full bathrooms and enjoy the space after exploring the city. Location is incredible— short walk to the Duomo, 5 min from the train station (which is often a meeting point for day tours in surrounding Tuscany), east to access the entire city. The beds were amazing as well, which we greatly appreciated!

Negative: It was all terrific!
