Positive: Sumptuous hotel. The room was large, elegant and comfortable - I'm glad to have booked a de;uxe rather than a suite as the decor was so pretty. The butler service was excellent, I just wished I had more clothes that needed ironing! It was wonderful to let the butler pack our suitcases at the end of the stay. The service was fabulous throughout, we never opened a door ourselves and were amazed that staff remembered our names and asked after us.

Negative: I would have wanted to avoid constant towel changes for environmental reasons
