Summary: This is the best hotel in Cairo, staff is 10/10, food is 10/10, facilities and operations 10/10, rooms 10/10, spa & indoor pool 10/10, decoration 10/10... only comment is the pool area is a bit disappointing, everything else is 10/10

Summary: Staff are amazing with quick responses to requests and very generous with their time in giving advice and service. Room service very prompt. Room is really spacious, clean and well organized- feels like a small apartment. One of the best hotels I stayed in. Has 3 different restaurants including Egyptian, asian and western food choices. I would stay again here as the location is also perfect.

Summary: The hotel location is great on the Egypt walk and on nile. It has great spacious room well furnitured and beautifully decorated. The staff is great, nice and helpful. The breakfast and different cusisine variteis are delicious. I highly recommend it.
