Summary: The hotel location is great on the Egypt walk and on nile. It has great spacious room well furnitured and beautifully decorated. The staff is great, nice and helpful. The breakfast and different cusisine variteis are delicious. I highly recommend it.

But what truly set the experience apart was the staff — every single person I met was kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make my stay feel special. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better at a hotel. I left feeling cared for in a way that’s rare to find. A true five-star experience.

Summary: Excellent service, amazing rooms, great amenities. A bit pricey for food but it is among the highest quality hotels you will find in Egypt. We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!
