Positive: The staff was exceptional. The room was lovely and housekeeping was very thorough.

Negative: The only problem was that I was in a room next to a large suite. At 1am in the morning, a party began and was very noisy. I, of course, was awakened, but thought they would quiet down - about 45 min. later I called the front desk who I'm sure sent up security. There was about a 5 minute quiet time and the noise began again. I read a book for about another 45 min before I called the front desk again. The party ended after 3:30am. I know your staff was doing what they could but obviously the guests didn't cooperate. Your management was kind enough to award me points
