Positive: The location in Downtown Frankfort was exceptional! After completing the extensive online check-in process (including identity verification) and reviewing the detailed unit access procedures, I had no issues getting parked, finding the hotel, entering the elevator area & unit and getting set up online. Within about 20 minutes of arriving, I was changed and ready to taste bourbon in the bar downstairs (Howser Tavern)!

Positive: The outside of the building is beautiful! As soon as we walked into our studio room, we were amazed with how much space we had. Great charm with the exposed brick. Nice kitchen and a cute table for two. Nice spacious bathroom and a very comfortable couch and bed. All the comforts of home while on vacation! Secure building. Excellent location in town and walkable to restaurants and shops. The staff member that was onsite was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will come back to The St. Clair.

Negative: Our stay was great. What questions we had when we first arrived were quickly answered by the on-site staff member.
