Summary: The place was wonderful . We were able to walk to any of the bars or restaurants we wanted to the place was small but clean worth staying at if planning to stay in Frankfort. only downfall was it took a very long time for the hot water to get to the shower or sink

Summary: Excellent location. Walking distance to food & bars. Easy drive to distilleries. Besides parking on street (only on weekends & 2 hr limit Mon-Fri from 8-5), host had designated parking spots in parking garage that is 1/2 block away.

Summary: Great location on St. Clair in downtown Frankfort. Nice bourbon bar/cocktail lounge across the street and ice cream shop next door. Walk up the next block and there are multiple restaurants, shops and bars in historic buildings, and at the end of the block is the old state capitol. Nice spot to end the day after exploring the bourbon trail.

Summary: Excellent communication with the property owner, very responsive to all inquiries. Location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and a great brewery nearby. This place was absolutely spotless when we checked in. Our main purpose was Buffalo Trace and it is a very short drive from here. Great central location to visit other places as well. Would definitely recommend this place.
