Positive: Convenient location to move around and with all the necessities close by .

Negative: Overall, my experience with the one-bedroom apartment was mixed. I encountered issues with cucarachas and a mouse, which was quite unsettling. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was small and inconvenient. However, I must commend the owner for being incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Their support made dealing with these issues a bit easier.

Positive: I chose this location as very near to my friends. It was also close to 69th street which has a good variety of retailers & food outlets, all in walking distance from the property. I was particularly impressed with Maxine the host who was very attentive & accommodating during my stay! She also had great communication & regularly checked up on me which I appreciated. I also appreciated the amenities upon arrival- there was juice/water/ kitchen towels/washing up liquid, so no need to stock up on basics. The apartment itself was also very clean!

Negative: My personal experience would have been more comfortable if there was an additional TV located in the bedroom. Sometimes I want to relax without the need to sit in the front room. More natural light would be beneficial too. The property is also on a busy one way street, so if you are being collected/dropped off you need to move quick to avoid driving around the block if there is no parking.
