Positive: The location is perfect for a city trip to Bristol. Right on the edge of the old city, around the corner from the St. Nicholas market. Even though there is no parking on site, there are enough public parking options nearby.

Negative: There was hardly any soap, all the bottles were empty. Even though there is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, no cups are provided. Would have been good to know about the availability of the machine so we could have bought some ourselves. Good thing to know before booking is that the apartment is on the third floor of the building but there is no elevator.

Summary: Beautiful apartment with gorgeous high ceilings, right in the heart of the city.

Positive: Breathtaking property. Enormous lounge/kitchen/diner which felt really luxurious. Comfortable beds and in an excellent location.

Negative: Liked everything. Only a couple of minor niggles. There was no kettle and when we rang to enquire its whereabouts we were told that there should have been one - it somehow had disappeared. We managed by boiling water in a pan and I understand a replacement was brought on the Monday when we left. Also lots of bottles in bathroom that should have had handwash, shampoo, body lotion etc in but were all empty. Think someone had forgotten to fill them up.

Summary: Gorgeous apartment in central location. Great value for money.

Positive: The apartment is stunning and very clean. It’s in a great location - close walking distance to Temple Meads train station and the city centre. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay :) Would definitely stay again!

Negative: There is no lift so you have to walk up three flights of stairs. Given the size of the bathroom, the shower could be bigger - it’s quite snug.
