Summary: The bed was very uncomfortable. So much noise which is understandable being in the centre of Bristol. Nice and helpful staff just very basic rooms and the bed was just super uncomfortable.

Summary: The hotel is city based, noise expected and received - cold room / tiny dungeon pool which is not even nearly a spa at extra cost was an unpleasant surprise - big queue at check in as everyone scrambles with extra charges and booking pool time - not recommended very disappointed. Booked over our normal cost per night as a treat - Bristol has better - made a mistake !

Summary: This place is run like a hostel, not a quality hotel. It looks a lot like a hostel too. Staff kinda run around doing nothing and they are often not at the desk. Such as when I checked in. The amenities are less than basic. Pillows are flat and have hard lumps. Lift is slow and small and corridors are also difficult to navigate with luggage. Staff leaves cleaning stuff all over the hallways so you walk out and it looks like you’re in someone’s shop, not a clean and tidy hotel. The cleaned my room but left no toilet paper. Twice! And they took so long to bring toilet paper I had to go downstairs and across the restaurant to the public toilet. They don’t refill mini bar and half the things listed are not there. Restaurant service is also pretty normal.

Summary: Reception and spa very helpful and friendly . The dining area looked quite dirty. Bed was comfortable but the air con was noisy as was corn street with the local pubs having barrels collected early hours of the morning.

Summary: Staff were excellent, room was well provisioned, restaurant food was fantastic. Location is excellent, but be aware can't drive directly to front of hotel. Noise was an issue from roadworks going on until 2 am, and other guests complained about party noise, which in fairness was something the hotel alerted people to. Room was on the cooler side, couldn't seem to warm up.
