Positive: Property was very comfortable. Had everything you need. Plus extra. Loved the screened in balcony. The view is amazing. Saw dolphins every day

Negative: The pool needs to be cleaned everyday. Every time we went it have a lot of debris in it. We had to clean it ourselves. Never saw anyone cleaning it or checking or adding chemicals

Summary: We had an excellent stay. Would definitely come again.

Positive: Amazing waterfront views, very close to the beach, easy drive into Charleston, nicely appointed condo AND we watched dolphins frolicking from the balcony!

Negative: There seemed to be a lot of construction happening in the development.

Summary: We loved our first visit to Folly Beach. The town and the property exceeded our expectations.
