Summary: Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. I only wish the stay was longer. The next morning found me on my way after Brianca and her other colleagues got my account settled up and checked out. This would be a devine setting to stay at least a few days to relax and absorb the serenity.

Summary: I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options. But needs more space if some groups attend the breakfast. Spa can be improved. Overall I recommend it and will book again if i visit Nepal in future.
