Positive: A beautiful house in a great location. The house was spotless, well appointed and in a great location for both the coast and hills. A lot of thought gone into making sure guests have everything they need. Lowick is a lovely village with a couple of pubs and shop for groceries. Excellent food at the Black Bull which is a 5 min walk away.

Positive: The location was perfect with a village store and pub the White Swan on the doorstep. The Black Bull Pub was 6 minutes walk away and sells excellent meals and has a lovely ambience. Great location for touring Northumberland with Holy Island less the 15 minutes drive away.

Positive: Very clean and well presented cottage. Excellent facilities and nice food basket on arrival. Close to lots of attractions on the Northumberland coast.Nice shop and 2 pubs within 3 mins walk. One of the best places we have stayed in.
Negative: Late arrival, after 5pm and early checkout, before 9am.

Positive: location was great. space in the house was great. arrival parcel was a nice surprise with bread, biscuits, milk and jam, bacon etc.
Negative: could have done with bigger bed in master bedroom. plenty of space for a king sized bed. shower in main bedroom had lots of mold around the seals and the grouting and should really have been cleaned for the price we paid. squeaky floorboards upstairs - maybe this is only noticeable as someone sleeping directly underneath them? but as soon as the kids went for a wee, you knew about it downstairs. road quite busy so expect cars and loud banging lorries coming past early hours to the nearby silo. shower tray in main bedroom gets full of water if shower on full power for too long.
Summary: great location, great space in the house. plenty of bathrooms. loud lorries driving past early hours

Positive: The cottage was beautifully clean and warm with a lovely welcome pack. The bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds…and the living room/kitchen was very pleasant and cosy leading onto a lovely little garden area outside. We wanted for nothing and will definitely book again as the location is perfect.

Negative: It was grubby. And needs a bit of love in places. Telly didn't work. WiFi didn't work. Mattresses so uncomfortable. Got pics to show. Road really busy with heavy freight from early in the morning.

Positive: Fantastic living space with large log burner, comfy sofas and a great kitchen. Safe, enclosed garden which was perfect for our two dogs. Plenty of space for our family. Comfy beds. Great location for visiting all the sites in the area. Corner shop about 50m away sold great cakes and all essentials. Two pubs in the village also. Great play park and big open space with goalposts too.
Negative: Nothing really! Yes the upstairs floorboards were really creaky, but it wasn’t an issue.
Summary: Fantastic accommodation in a great location.

Positive: We liked: The sociable kitchen/diner/living room; Proximity to the pub and shop; Roomy bedrooms; Outside space will be useful in the summer. A generous welcome pack was there on arrival.
Negative: We never got to grips with the heating and couldn't find the instructions. Only 4 logs were left for the fire and only newspaper was left, no kindling. We found it difficult to get the stove started even though 2 of us were used to log burners.
