Positive: Very friendly & responsive hostess. Excellent location for visiting gardens at Hodnet Hall & Wollerton Old Hall. The Smithy was a great size, extremely well equipped and with the bonus of an attractive garden & outside seating area. The local village pub, The Bear, was only a couple of minutes walk from The Smithy & the food was seriously good. We would definitely consider a return trip to The Smithy!

Positive: The host met us on arrival and when we asked about local eateries she gave us some recommendations and got some takeaway menus we could order from. Host was extremely friendly and gave us a small tour too.
Negative: An improvement would be rules on recycling (not sure what could or couldn't be recycled) and with the takeaway menu's an address to use for deliveries as it was hard to explain to takeaway where to deliver to.

Positive: Lovely, quiet location with a beautiful garden to explore. The spacious bedroom and large living area made our stay very comfortable. A brilliant place to spend a few days away to relax and unwind.
Negative: Nothing to complain about at all. I absolutely loved this beautiful cottage and would happily stay here again.

Positive: Amazing stay, a real home from home. Perfect for visiting family in Hodnet. Tracey had provided lots of lovely little touches, including a chrismas tree! Lovely comfy beds, spacious living space. Highly recommended!
