Positive: Lovely old building with a huge amount of character. Lovely little honesty bar if you fancy an evening drink.

Negative: Location is right on a roundabout which is very noisy in summer because you can't open the windows. They do provide a large fan but that only circumstances the air in the room, doesn't cool it down.

Positive: Mike and Jo were great hosts. Had very nice interaction with them and Mike made a great breakfast. Definitely recommend Ternhill Farmhouse. The room I got was fabulous with a super nice bathroom. Really enjoyed that.

Positive: Good location. It was easy to explore other roads and places.

Negative: Although it wasn’t really a problem the fact that the guest house is effectively at the junction of two busy roads meant that there was a certain amount of traffic noise. The worst time was from fairly early in the morning. However, the guest house did provide earplugs, which helped.

Summary: Very good. The staff I met were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times.

Positive: The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I had everything I needed and despite the bathroom being across the landing, it was such a spacious bathroom I didn't even think it was an issue. I was very comfortable getting along for myself and appreciated the ability to use the drawing room and bar should I need it.

Negative: I can't think of anything.
