Although only few minutes from the island’s airport and a short drive from Kos town, The Small Village resort is secluded and private within lush gardens. It’s the perfect retreat from the stress!!
The resort resembles a small village spread gradually on the hill, surrounded by 20.000sqm of natural environment.
It comprises of maisonette style buildings resting among gardens and connected by stone paths.
The Villa is a 3 storey house.
On the ground floor you can find a seperated apartment with one bedroom with double or twin bed(s), bathroom with bath-tub, open plan living- room with comfortable (convertible) sofa-bed, kitchenette- dinning area & terrace and 2 floors above ( reached by an independant entrance) is the maisonette with 2more bedrooms & 2more bathrooms. An internal staircase connects these 2 bedrooms. In the open plan living room there is a comfortable convertible sofa bed and a 22” LCD TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching international channels.The kitchen is also linked to the dining area. From the balconies you can enjoy the beautiful seascape view.
Each morning from eight till eleven, we host a buffet breakfast offering many different dishes and freshly cooked breads..
The Swimming Pool covers an area of 200 sq. m. and includes the main pool and the children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace full of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, while more active holidaymakers might want to use The Small Village's gym, which is open all day.
For those who fancy a bite to eat during the day, the Snack bar boasts of its sandwiches, salads and other dishes. You don’t even need to leave your sun lounger.
