Summary: We had an unbelievable time at this hotel. It has something for everyone - multiple pools (chilled adults only, olympic size pool for swimming, fun pools for families), multiple restaurants (we loved the Italian Osteria). Breakfast was really varied and high quality. Clarins toiletries in the rooms. Staff were wonderful. Also really convenient from the airport - only 10-15 min taxi. Can't recommend this place enough.

Summary: The perfect hotel. Wonderful facilities maintained to the highest standards. Staff that can’t do enough to assist you, often going above and beyond. The finest food. How do your catering staff produce such outstanding food for hundreds of guests? Swimming pools are the perfect temperature. A market and shopping parade offer everything you need for your stay. The most beautiful views and grounds. The interior design is fresh and contemporary. A stunning collection of sofas and and Eames lounge chairs. Interestingly, this is a single, family run hotel, which explains the incredible service and hospitality. Having travelled the world, I’ve now found a sanctuary for my family. We hope to return soon.

Summary: The team looking after the children is fantastic with them, as are the family-friendly facilities. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel and its gardens are magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! Special mention for the cold leg baths—original and highly appreciated in hot weather

Summary: Our second time there and even better because it is familiar. The staff are so helpful and friendly. No request is too much. The resort is clean and tidy and well looked after. Food is amazing every night and the additional restaurants are also top notch! By far my favourite is the 50m pool. An absolute swimmer's paradise! Nothing like a nice long swim before breakfast.

Summary: Place is incredible, sadly my short stay was ruined by staff in the towel collection area, who thought it was acceptable to shout and speak down to me for not returning a towel on the first day, which I wasn't aware I had to. For a luxury hotel it's let down by the basics. 1 towel is only allowed per person. Towels have to be returned at the end of the day, a considerable walk in the other direction of the room. Mosquitos and flys were all over my room when I first arrived, they use plugs to defeat this but why not have it built into the air con like other places? Sadly wouldn't return because of that experience but it was stunning.

Summary: Fantastic resort - lovely space to walk around with a number of pools and restaurants to choose from. Evening entertainment was available each night. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which had lots of choice. Relaxing atmosphere.
