Positive: Excellent location for the Metro and supermarkets. Good communication with the host prior to check in. Room was comfortable though no curtains to keep out light and noise. Could store luggage prior to check in. Free coffee and tea,biscuits

Negative: Shutters on Windows did not keep room dark, need eye masks. Despite being on the 5th floor room 2 was noisy due to traffic. Wait for bathroom even though hotel not fully occupied Room 2 adjacent to lounge so noisy late night guests can be heard Intro to accommodation missed telling us there is a kitchen Kitchen very basic, fridge,toaster,kettle. Few items of crockery/cutlery.

Positive: Sky Lofts Guesthouse was a great place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really liked that they left small snack every day. The location is perfect, just a minute from the metro and within walking distance of the center. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Positive: All in all we had a good stay. The WiFi was very fast for such a big accommodation, especially as it was separate for different rooms. The location was also very good and shared bathrooms were no issue, when cleaned the rooms and the shared bathroom were really proper. We could also leave our baggage on the last day after the check-out.

Negative: We asked for two separate duvets and although it was provided without any mention that it’s a problem (we really appreciated it), in the end it seemed to make an issue for the staff. During our 4 nights stay the towels were not changed at all so after 2 days we asked for the new ones since we could not get dry the provided ones. Also, on our penultimate day the room was not cleaned at all, the bed that previously was made everyday wasn’t made at all on this day and the dirty wet towels that we left on the floor to signal that they could be taken away were right where we left them. When we asked about it at the reception, the staff lady told us that not everyone cleans the same way even through in our opinion it was not cleaned at all. The lady also mentioned us having separate duvets, as if it was the reason for no cleaning on this day and a problem. The room was left uncleaned after all on that day, even after we signalised this problem. This change in treatment was disturbing and made us feel unwelcome. We would have given a 9 to this place but because of this situation it’s only a 6. Although we want to mention that this seamed to be a problem with only one lady at the reception - all of the others were nice and helpful.

Positive: The location is incredibly convenient, with just a short walk to the Parque Metro station and the beautiful Park Eduardo VII, which was especially magical with its large Christmas market. The guesthouse itself is very clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the shared kitchen and washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable and convenient. The light breakfast of pastries and juice was a nice touch to start the day.
