Summary: We’re locals and wanted to feel like we actually traveled somewhere and Singers Ocean felt like we were staying at a tropical island. Amazing resort, updated and modern and very beachy vibes throughout. very friendly staff and accommodating, booked ocean front room and had balcony to sit outside, beautiful beach and use of beach chairs and umbrellas, ordered food at the restaurant and was delicious. Will definitely book again

Summary: I picked this hotel bc it has Hilton’s name attached to it and I have stayed at Hilton hotels in the past with no problem. First, there was construction which was not mentioned on the website. I understand it happens but let the guest know so they can choose whether or not to stay there. Secondly, picked the hotel bc I wanted a hot tub, that was broken. Third, there was orange mold on my shower liner which was easy wiped with a tissue which means that the tub might have been clean but the shower curtain was not clean. Lastly, the beds are so uncomfortable. I might’ve been more comfortable sleeping in the floor. My back hurt so bad from sleeping on it. Thank goodness my stay was short, I couldn’t have lasted there any longer. On the positive, the room service was amazing and my view was awesome!

Summary: The hotel is excellent, with a prime location, cleanliness, and impeccable service. The food is very good, although very spicy. From the eggs Benedict at breakfast to lunch, they should have warned me that it has a lot of pepper. But the food was good. But what left me very dissatisfied was the beach service. We were three people and they wouldn't let me use the three beach chairs. They said I could only use two per apartment. If I wanted, I had to pay. It was a Monday, the hotel was practically empty, and there were piles of empty chairs stacked one on top of the other. It wasn't very nice of them, since the hotel never once informed me that there were two chairs per apartment. Another thing is that they charge a $32 resort fee and they don't mention this at the time of purchase. They told me to pay for parking through the app using a QR code. At checkout, they charged the hotel again. I paid twice for parking. It's a shame for such a good hotel with services that leave something to be desired.

Summary: Overall very good stay. My main grip is when they “beach side view” I’m expecting beach side view. But my window was the north side of a neighbor hotel and 1/4th the beach side.

Summary: The resort was clean and newly renovated but they are a lot of fees ingenuity added in your bill you have to pay for parking. I didn't receive the room that I requested the window view was the AC unit that was supposed to be beachview awful I was promised that my room would change the following day and that did not happen The staff is not trained for conflict or problem solving all attitudes are shown on their face not good customer service

Summary: My sister, neice, mom & I stayed at the Singer when we planned a day at Peanut Island. The resort was amazing! The people were kind, only complaint was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash all the same smell and Not a good smell!! We recommend The Fresh Berry Cafe for breakfast or lunch!
