Negative: I was here for a wedding. There was a preset price for the family which I missed. The hotel said they would refund the difference. Then when the attendnt saw I booked through booking.com she said I booked through an outside source and she could not help. I was just looking for a little refund to the price everyone else said if there is anway to do that. I would be most happy with a $50 refund which is less than the difference. I am not greedy. Thank you.

Negative: The rooms need some updating & more outlets. The breakfast was pretty good. However, I expected more for the price of the stay. Value doesn’t match the expectation & experience. But that’s Simsbury; and unfortunately, there aren’t many other options in the area.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. The items were hot and fresh. Nothing soggy. Great assortment of juices. Baked goods were fresh not frozen. Hannah, the bartender was so friendly and welcoming. We plan on returning to see it closer to the holidays.

Negative: I didn’t like having to leave!!!! I wanted to stay another night and try the Sunday Brunch.

Positive: The staff was very accommodating when my bed was horrible and the shower head was 4 inches shorter than me. They moved us into a new room within 24 hours but that bed wasn't comfortable either (better than first). And now the TV which was so new, hadn't been set up, we kept having to unplug from wall to turn on despite two people from office helping us. Still couldn't get tv to turn on without unplugging from wall. No channel guide. It was annoying and inconvenient. The food, price and amenities with location to local attractions great. Please offer king beds, taller shower heads and more comfortable beds
